Setting blankets on fire?
This week in Gladstone was 10/10. Meeting all the members was so great! And they are so happy to have sisters in the area because it's been 3 years since the last sisters.
Something cool is that one of the members owns a crossfit gym and let's us go and it's so hard but so good.👊
Also a story from last week that I forgot to include:
So when we were doing our deep cleaning I was washing all the blankets and I had this really big blanket that I was washing and before I put it in the washer the spirit told me "that's a little big" but I was like "nah all goods" so I put it in anyway. And then after I put it in the dryer, the spirit told me to hang it outside but I thought it would be okay to leave it. Anyways so I'm doing my other cleaning and I start to smell a burning smell but I brushed it off. But then I remembered the talk by Elder Bednar that says "the spirit doesn't have shout at you because he trusts you". And once I remembered that I went to check on my blanket in the dryer. So yeah, I ALMOST SET THE BLANKET ON FIRE!!! And the blanket had burnt parts on it. But I was grateful that the dryer didn't explode and I eventually listened to the spirit.
