stake conference and biking

Bonjour friends!!!
It was quite the week!
I was basically sick this whole week so that was kind of sad but all goods because I'm starting to feeling better now.

On Friday we had to go to the car place to have them look at our car but turns out there was something really wrong with it so they had to keep the car there to fix it. The STLs had to come and pick us up and bring us to our flat. Then they told us we would have to bike till we got our car back. So we have been biking for the past 5 days, we just barley picked up our car today. (The first time in my mission I've ridden a bike!)

Biking is kind of fun but I also really hate it. Too many hills.

Saturday and Sunday we had stake conference and that was so awesome!! Elder Hamilton from the seventy was there and that man is so funny!! He is also very BOLD. He was picking on all the missionaries. During the adult session he called our zone leaders to the front and basically roasted them and it was amazing.

Also on Saturday we had a baptism for a 9 year old boy we have been teaching and it was so great. He bore his testimony and it was so cute I cried.

Yesterday there was a giant swarm of these bugs in front of our flat and it was scaring the neighborhood kids and the zone leaders came over and lit them on fire.

Honestly a humbling week! We had no car, my phone broke, and I was sick. Made me think how much more grateful I need to be for all the things I am blessed with!!!

Count your blessings everybody!!!!
Have a great week

Love, Sister Weston
