New comp! Training round 2
Hello!!
So transfers happened!!
Sister Radudon got transferred and I have a new companion. Her name is Sister Abiete and she is from Kiribati (It's an island in the Pacific) She is the sweetest!! I will be follow up training her. I'm a little nervous about training because training is hard but I know we are going to see heaps of miracles because she has that golden spirit.
Spiritual thought from my personal study this week: I was reading Matthew 26:21-22
"And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I?"
This is during the Passover with Jesus and his apostles. Jesus told them that one of them had betrayed him and I love the apostles response. They weren't quick to blame someone but they looked at themselves and asked if it was something they needed to change.
They could have easily blamed judas but instead they looked at themselves. Whenever we receive correction we should only look at ourselves. We should never disregard the council we are given in church or anywhere and think it's not for us but be like the apostles did and say "Lord is it I?"
Sorry short email but have a great week!
