Inter faith!!!
Hey everyone!!
We have zone conference this Wednesday so our P day is today 😀
This week on Friday we had an activity called "inter faith". A bunch of high school age students went on tours of 3 different religions. They went to a Buddhist church, an other church that I can't remember, and then they ended at the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. We took about 10 students at a time on a tour around the chapel and also taught them the restoration. They all got a Book of Mormon. We got lots of interesting questions haha! But it was such a cool experience!!
We are still reading the BOM every Monday and Friday with our Recent convert Evie. And it is my favorite thing! It's been so cool to see her testimony grow each time we read with her. She is also preparing to do baptisms in the temple next week. I'm so happy for her
(Funny Moment: We were reading Mosiah 12 with her and when she read verse 5 she couldn't stop laughing 😂 We explained to her that they are talking about a donkey but she thought it was too funny.)
Spiritual thought: My testimony of the Book of Mormon has grown so much since being out on a mission. I know the Book of Mormon is true and if you're not reading it start now. The book of Mormon confirms the love our heavenly father has for each of his children.
