New Transfer!

Hello everyone!

Back up to last week! My companion sprained her ankle last P day when we were playing volleyball in the morning. She jumped to hit the ball then landed bad.

After volleyball we went to the mission home and had lunch with Sister Mcswain.
After lunch we had a spiritual activity with her and all shared our testimonies. It was so cool and I felt the spirit so strong.

After our time with Sister Mcswain the mission medical advisor wanted to make sure my comps foot wasn't broken so we went to get an x ray. They told us it's just a bad sprain so we were happy that she hadn't broken a bone.

By the time we were done with the x ray and everything it was pretty late so we slept at the STLs again because Sister Mcswain told us to not drive back at night because it was getting dark and there's lots of kangaroos on the road at night so it's safer to drive in the day.

Transfer calls were on Saturday and me and Sister Teihoarii are both staying in Darling Heights. I'm excited for another transfer with my Tahition soa. This area is pretty dry but we set some good goals and we are going to smash it this transfer:)

We've done lots of street contacting this week, but let me tell you I definitely prefer door knocking because then people can't run away as easy haha.

Spiritual thought: here is a quote from a talk I was reading this week.
“The Lord will make much more out of your life than you can by yourself. He will increase your opportunities, expand your vision, and strengthen you. He will give you the help you need to meet your trials and challenges. You will gain a stronger testimony and find true joy as you come to know your Father in Heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ, and feel Their love for you”
I love this so much!! Sometimes things don't work out the way we had hoped them to but we have to remember that heavenly father sees the big picture and have faith that his plan is so much greater than our own.

Love you all

-Sister Weston
