I GOT TRANSFERRED
Hello everyone!
Ahhh so much has changed since last week!! So last P day the mission president and his wife came to our flat to tell us that Sister Kolia's visa can't be extended so she has to go home:( Saddest day ever!!!!
Transfer calls were on Saturday and I thought I would definitely be staying in Goodna but I GOT TRANSFERRED!! I'm in Darling Heights now, it's a huge area about 1.5 hours from Goodna and it's on a mountain so it's pretty cold. My new comp is so cool! She is from Tahiti and her name is Sister Teihoarii.
Sunday was so sad because we had to say bye to everyone at church and our investigator Norma was crying:(
Yesterday I was throwing up all day but I'm feeling better now so I'm excited to meet everyone here this week! And even though I was sad I got transferred I know that heavenly father has a perfect plan and I'm supposed to be here.
Spiritual thought: I was reading a talk called "Am I a Child of God?" by Elder Brian K. Taylor and it was so good! He said " When you feel hurt, lost, scared, upset, sad, hungry, or hopelessly abandoned in life's extremities- open the Book of Mormon and you will know that God will never desert us, He never has and He never will."
I know how true that is!! God is more aware of us than we think. Turn to him and He will help you. "Fear though not; for I am with thee"
