Last MTC letter
I leave for Australia on Monday! This week flew by! I can't believe my time at the MTC is coming to an end. It doesn't feel real that I will be in Australia next week.
Some things that happened this week: I got hit in the face with a basketball, we got to host the new missionaries that came in on Wednesday, played sand volleyball, built a sandcastle, ate 200 orange creamsicles, had some awesome classes, and taught this cute lady named Pam!
The sisters in our zone left on Wednesday which was way sad. We got so close with them in just 2 weeks. They are all angels and the people they get to teach are so lucky!
On Tuesday we had a devotional where Elder Costa from the Seventy spoke. It was amazing. It was about coming to know Jesus Christ.
On Friday we got to watch the Be One devotional. Celebrating 40 years of every worthy male getting to hold the priesthood. I LOVED IT! The music and the dancing was everything!!
Jesus Christ is truly the light and life of the world. And being a missionary is so awesome because I get the opportunity to show people who He is and show people the love Jesus Christ has for each of us. He suffered through unbearable for us. While I've been in the MTC I've had lots of feelings of inadequacy but I know that I am not alone and God can help me.
I'm so grateful for all the good times I've had in the MTC. The best district and the best teachers made for some awesome couple of weeks! But I'm sooo excited to be out in Australia and start new adventures there. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and I'm so grateful for the Restored Gospel!!!
Next email I will be in Australia!!!!! :)))
